Sculling Development Program (SDP) – Youth & Adult

Sculling Development Program (SDP) is designed for anyone (Youth or Adult) who is either new to rowing or has some previous rowing experience and needs more individualized work in the single sculling shell (1x) before joining one of our main programs (Adult Fitness, Train to Train, Masters or Youth Competitive). In this program, our focus is on athletes gaining rowing knowledge, proficiency and skill development through 1 hour of direct coaching in very small groups (maximum 2 shells: 1 coach) rowing in singles (1x).
