Session 1: 10:00am – 11:15am – full
Session 2: 11:30am – 12:45pm – full
Session 3: 1:00pm – 2:15pm – full

What to Expect: No experience is required. Ideal for ages 11- adult. Each session content will include an on-land technique review, equipment orientation and then the fun part, an on-water session with an experienced rower in the boat. This is a safe and fun environment. We will have a trained coach in a safety boat with you.
What to Wear: Dress according to the weather in fitness attire. We also recommend you bring a water bottle.
